Are you paying attention yet

Honesty is about offering your point of view without an agenda. This point of view may be valid, or not really. Usually to be determined after all the facts are in, even if diehard opponents may deny you the credit. There are situations where we are forgiven for not speaking our mind. To grease a relationship, without hurting anybody, or to avoid damage to your career, provided there is no danger if you refrain from telling your boss he, or she, is ‘full of shit’.

All over ‘X’ there is heated debate over the irreparable harm caused by ‘DEI’-policies, ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’. To offer proof that certain mishaps were caused by ‘DEI’-policies is never easy. Boeing admitted, again, that their product lacked the quality customers had every right to expect. Like many companies they are committed to ‘DEI’-policies, with plenty of active programs to improve their image from that particular perspective. Elon Musk insists that ‘DEI’ played a role, and that a company like Boeing cannot afford to take shortcuts when it comes to guaranteeing that the best individual is hired for the job, based on nothing but proven skills. I agree. But since there are mishaps with Tesla’s and other technically advanced products he is promoting, it is not easy to say what caused a product to fail.

The military in NATO-countries are struggling to find people who are thrilled by the idea of joining their armed forces. Nearly all of them introduced ‘DEI’-policies, flying rainbow flags, and imposing ‘affirmative action’ choices on the selection proces, to advance women and others considered ‘disadvantaged’. Opponents of that approach claim that this is the reason they can’t find suitable people, and that highly qualified soldiers are turning their backs on those services, because they feel undervalued, or even endangered by having to work with people who are a threat within their own ranks when shit comes to shove.

From where I’m standing, commenting on armed conflicts from the safety of my home, trying to figure out why they happened in the first place, and why they produce poor outcomes for NATO, I’m inclined to say that ‘DEI’-policies, promoting people who are clearly nowhere near qualified for crucial positions, deciding on acquisition, logistics, strategy and tactical moves, is what is causing this misery. And no, I’m not triggered by this recent mishap where the Secretary of War in the US went missing without anyone noticing, nor the fact that the country elected a man who leaves the impression he should be in the care of some loving nurse, watching the world go by, but none of the analysts appear to be worth paying attention to. Which most certainly includes all the former generals manning those ‘Think-Tanks’. What happened?

In part it could be complacency. Being raised in a military organization which never had to fight any real wars against a same-strength adversary, and effectively losing the rest without raising a stink. Using disposable ‘proxy’-fighters and hired thugs from PMC’s for the ‘dirty work’. With a superior Air Force compared to those midgets to bomb everything to smithereens before doing anything dangerous. Not even attempting to secure a country, but setting up a perimeter around secured enclaves. And as the moment came to declare victory, and return the country to the ‘liberated’ people, they had to run behind the local military and political class they trained, as those were the first ones out the door, leaving on the first flight, with bags full of cash provided by us for rebuilding the country. I came across a headline which claimed that Israel came begging for financial support in the UAE to pay for unemployment benefits for the Palestinians they bombed in the area they want to add to Israel, one way or the other, with the president of the UAE refusing, telling Netanyahu to ask Zelensky for money. Which dove-tails with a report about the mayor of Kiev buying a mansion in Germany for six million Euros. Or, in other words, ‘War is a Racket’.

We’ve seen the former right-hand of Zelensky spilling the beans after he drew the conclusion Ukraine had been tricked into offering itself as bait in a failed scheme to regime change Russia. I saw the current Governor of the Odessa region saying the same thing. NATO wasn’t honest as they befriended Ukraine from 2008 onward, right after Putin told his ‘friends’ in NATO at the 2007 Munich Security Conference that they needed to talk about a European security architecture. Urgently! Because NATO expansion contrary to promises made when the USSR dissolved the Warsaw Pact, were not honored, and gave the impression that the alliance was hostile towards Russia. Where were they going with this? Did they want war with Russia? Yes. Exactly. Using the Ukrainian people to bleed Russia ‘white’. Which ‘DEI’-geniuses came up with that bright idea is shrouded in mist, although I would recommend taking a closer look at the ‘PNAC’-sissies for starters, and the ’Never Trump’-movement which encapsulated the entire ‘Warparty’ as a breading ground, but even those commentators and analysts which are not ‘on the take’ missed it, apparently, save for the brightest, who were ignored.

As this scenario developed by the ‘DEI’-crowd plays out, the most prominent advocates are screaming about the consequences if they lose this war too. But really, do they want to send in the ‘Rainbow-crowd’? Operation ‘Guardian Prosperity’, aimed at denying the Houthis the possibility to decide which ships may use the Suez Canal, and which may not, is another abysmal failure. Chinese and Russian ships pass by unhindered, and protected, but anything associated with NATO has to go the long way around Africa. Meanwhile, I came across an ILO-report which stated that only three ‘G-20’ countries registered a real wage growth in 2023, and those were China, Russia and Mexico. And no, I’m not in a cheerful mood because I predicted this. I’m angry and bitter because people who should have known better, as professionals, screwed up, again

In fact, I do not blame the people who took advantage from this ‘DEI’-policy, accepting jobs and posts for which they were nowhere near qualified, or even demanding to be offered a fair chance to prove that they were going to be an abysmal failure. I blame those boneless, scared and corrupt people riding piggyback on waves of populist tendencies which came out of the ‘consensus-science’ community, which has no clue about anything related to exact sciences, or how to produce anything except ‘Bullshit Narratives’, and who are completely lost when it comes to logistics and planning. Are you paying attention yet? Return to honesty, rebuilding your conscience from scratch, or pay the price by becoming slaves to your ‘WEF’/‘WHO’-lords and masters, kissing their backsides for a few extra ‘social credits’. Now, go and tell your bosses and ‘experts’ they are ‘full of shit’.
