Libya used to be the wealthiest nation, by far, in Africa. Although the Muslim faith restricted individual freedom, and constrained women, the 'socialist' streak inspiring Gadaffi, himself born to a poor Bedouin Arab family, allowed women more freedom than in the typical Arab country closely linked to the 'West', like Saudi Arabia, or the bulk of the 'Gulf-States'. Moreover, the country had a thriving middle-class, and an ambitious program to use oil-wealth to invest in all of Africa. But the eccentric Gadaffi was 'seen' by the NATO-powers as a serious threat for sponsoring Palestinian groups, not unlike our friends in the 'Gulf-States' and Saudi Arabia. Groups which did not shy from using terror in their struggle over the future of Palestine/Israel. But, much more important was the fact that he was no fan of the 'PetroDollar'-system, and openly advertised a transition to Bullion (Gold) as payment for oil, which would destroy the grip the west had over the oil- and gas market, so he had to go.
NATO arranged a 'popular-revolt', using their Jihadist connections, closely linked to Al Qaida, as if people would be better of under a strict Muslim regime. Which is not to say these fanatics had no support in Libya, because they did in certain 'orthodox' clans. But what was breathtaking, was the popular support in NATO-countries among the 'Liberals'. How these 'Left Leaning', LHBTi-promoting 'intellectuals' came to accept 'Political Islam' as a 'Freedom Movement', is inexplicable without referring to the sacred art of 'Gaslighting'. But it happened. And the result was devastating. The wealth of Libya went up in smoke, and the relative calm was replaced by clashes between clans, which cannot even be called a civil war. The country was shredded to pieces, and the 'Liberals' were over the moon, thanking NATO for their support. Finally NATO had come around in support of their desire to 'Liberate' the entire world, and butchering Gadaffi, live on 'YouTube', was applauded. Another menace gone!
It took awhile for the NATO-countries to take over the oil-production, as was their only aim, but it appears they finally succeeded to stake their claim. Same picture in Iraq and Syria, but not as successful, although the US is holding on to oil producing parts in Syria and Iraq as 'enclaves' of profitability. Again, covered by the 'Liberals', with various shades of 'Green' at their core. They are in this life to help. To help the victims and refugees they themselves created through their support for all these wars. And what is more, they are busy preparing the destruction of their own wealth too, by killing industrial production and agriculture to save the 'Planet', in the same way they 'Liberated' all these people in said countries, and Afghanistan and Ukraine.
The 'Planet' has no say in it, obviously, or she would scream 'blue murder', and move to put a stop to it. Likewise with all these people we 'Liberated', and were left with no other choice than to participate in the 'Clan-wars' we are fuelling with plenty of weapons, or 'Pay the Piper' as well as some kind of shady billionaire-run organisation operating leaking boats to smuggle them to Europe. Unless they happen to be Ukrainian, in which case they do not need a boat, but a bike or a donkey-cart, since the trains are no longer operating because the electricity network was decommissioned by the Russians, and petrol is needed for the military to reach the trenches where the soldiers will be decommissioned by the Russians, as they demilitarise the country, just like they said they would.
Lacking the brains to understand why 'Liberals' think that a better world is just around the corner, if only they can destroy Russia and China as well, I'm aghast by this utter lack of humanity, and comprehension of basic facts in my fellow men, which includes knowing your own limitations within the universe as a whole. Yes, we can destroy our habitat, as well as that of others, and we are actively doing just that through all these wars, and replacing relatively eco-friendly natural gas with burning coal to teach the Russians to obey, while spreading enhanced viruses as a bio-weapon, and exposing people to experimental shots with 'questionable' side-effects shortening their life-span according to some accounts. But the 'Planet' will still be here by the time we're gone.
It is true that blaming the 'Liberals' exclusively is not fair. No lack of 'Conservatives' who are dying to kill Russians and other 'Vermin' threatening their scared 'Liberal' friends who need their help to wipe their asses. If you ask them to look up from the sight of their fire-arm, their bomb-sight, or screen covered with 'Marks' for their deadly projectiles, and watch the political class which is pulling their strings, sending them off to the trenches and their premature graves, before asking them if they recognise any of the goals they are fighting for as truly valuable, they won't look up. Sorry. Too busy killing Russians and 'Vermin'.
